Charles James: Beyond Fashion
American couturier Charles James was the subject for an exhibition and book at the Costume Institute, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, in 2014. A Cecil Beaton photograph of eight women modeling gowns in pastel colors was printed directly on textured paper, which then wrapped the book.
